You will meet with our FDR to ask any questions you may have about the brand, qualifications and application details as part of the mutual selection process.

You will be required to fill in a confidential franchise application form.

If you decide to be an EYES Franchise and we approve you as franchise partner, you will be provided a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) containing details on the terms and conditions

of the franchise. This FDD will be specific to your location.

Finally, you will enter into a franchise agreement (FA)and submit the franchise fee.

We then start searching a location for you in your territory of choice

You will choose a location (with our assistance) that meets your goals.

EYES district manager will visit your centre periodically, year-round. During these visits each centre will be evaluated in accordance with our “EYES Red Card” quality assurance form.
We encourage owners and teachers to discuss any issues and new ideas with EYES District Manager at that time.
All guidelines and operational forms relating to annual ministry and licensing renewals.
